Raw egg, raw meat.
Scary, yes. But oh so tasty.
Afterwards I felt guilty.
Like a vampire, just caught by her mother, eating the family dog...
I assured myself several times that it IS socially acceptable to eat raw meat.
It really is. (ps. no dog meat)
We were all very fascinated by this meal.
And also not quite sure how this ever became classified as such a sophisticated dish?
I would be the first one to admit its very.....
...Caveman..
However, really tasty.
Unless I am dead or seriously ill within a few hours, I will definitely make it again.
It's extremely fast to prepare = bonus.
