How to cook a kick-ass 3 course

Parma ham roulades filled with a lemon and sundried tomato cream
Wallenbergare with home made mash, green peas, lingon berry jam and a creamy sauce
Chewy white chocolate brownie cake with fresh raspberries and ice cream
start by going down to the local shop to pick up some goodies
grab some washing powder while you are there
start by peeling the potatoes since they will need a while to boil.
this isn't funny, but try to keep your mood up by smiling convincingly.

then we start with the cake. melt the butter on the stove
add white chocolate, sugar, lemon juice and zest and finally flour
pour it into the form and chuck it in the oven
on to the roulades.
mix creme fraiche, lemon zest, a garlic clove, chopped sundried tomatoes, olives, capers, salt and pepper.
have a cheeky glass of whine while you do it...
spread the yummy mixture over a thin strip of parma ham.
it usually helps if you have a smug expression on your face, as if you have done it a million times before
wallenbergare. an amazing swedish dish!
mix mince, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper

shape em, cover em in flour, egg and crumbs
fry the wallenbergers til the surface is golden and crispy
make the mash with a generous amount of cream and butter
serve the starter in a cosy atmosphere. niiiiiice!
Now. Get the lingonberry jam ready.
It is crucial that the berries are hand picked, and the jam home made. and from Sweden, obviously.
GÖTT! as we say in sweden.
Dessert time!! Okay, get the juicy raspberries out and ready for the plate.
ice cream is a must! preferably vanilla but if phish food is on sale, just get it instead....
right, this is probably the best tasting thing you've ever had in your mouth so enjoy!!
