Seems like my stomach expanded slightly after the dinner last night and i find myself incredibly hungry and longing for all things swedish. therefore i shall make a list of the top things i miss.
Lingongrova a soft brown bread with LINGON BERRIES!!! found in pretty much every Swedish household sinceit's so awesome.
Bearnaise sauce, also commonly known as BEA. Okay so it's not really a Swedish invention but it could very well have been, considering how damn good it is! everyone loves it and that's why in Sweden you'll find this lil' darling flowing over pretty much everything. god now i just want a bea pizza....

Fika is basically a coffee break where you sit down and enjoy a nice java and something sweet (preferably kladdkaka). Yeah, now you are like; come on, you can do that anywhere in the world. but i tell you, no one does it like the swedes. to us it is a holy ritual.
Marabou this baby need
Varm & kall is an alcoholic beverage that tastes pretty much like liquid apple pie. you can drink it hot or cold, hence the name.
Hm, okay. come to think of it, i never actually buy this stuff... pretty tacky thing to put on a list next to the giants above. ah, scrap it. it's not that good anyway.
